Morgan is a seasoned Corporate and Commercial Lawyer, General Counsel, and Company Secretary with well over a decade of experience delivering top-tier legal and strategic counsel to public and private organisations. Known for his strong expertise in complex listed environments, Morgan has successfully built and led in-house legal and compliance functions for several ASX-listed companies and for public and private enterprise.

Morgan’s career has been defined by his exceptional ability to deliver outcomes in high-value corporate transactions, mergers and acquisitions, hybrid-equity deals, IPOs, capital raises and joint ventures across multiple jurisdictions. With a strong passion for deal-making and innovation, he has been instrumental in securing funding opportunities, negotiating high-value government and private contracts, advising on strategic joint ventures and support clients with strategic asset management and divestment.

He holds admissions as a Barrister and Solicitor of the High Court of Australia and has been a recipient of the Australian Defence Lawyer of the Year award.
